OSHA has updated its  Hazard Communication regulation means different requirements for chemical labeling and mandatory employee training.
 All Employees must be trained on label requirements and safety data format. The deadline for training is December 1, 2013.
 Under the new GHS format, labels will include signal words, pictograms and hazard and precautionary statements.
Under the GHS standard, All Safety Data Sheets have been updated to a new 16 section format.
